With over 20 years’ experience with multinational organizations including HenkelColgate Palmolive and Givaudan, she occupied seniors roles and was successful in driving market share growth across South Asia, Middle East and Africa region for global and local brands like Persil, Pril, Soupline, Palmolive, ClarinsGuerlain etc. delivered through large scale 360 marketing and brand activation programs.

Throughout her career, she has built extensive knowledge about market trends, consumer insights, brand management and innovative strategies delivering revenue growth.

Sana is also passionate about social causes and pursues initiatives focused on women empowerment and social upliftment through her engagements with UNHCR-led programs for Syrian refugees and as a United Nation Women mentor for entrepreneurs in UAE.

Besides her academic bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing in Institut Supérieur de Gestion of Tunis, she pursued a Harvard University certificate for entrepreneurship in emerging economies and is accredited in Neuro Linguistic Programming by the University of Santa Cruz, California.
