A Senior Consultant of Flair & Vision, holds over 10 years of experience with multinational organizations including Ferrero and Unilever, occupying senior roles with full business responsibility focused on dry-packaged foods, breakfast spreads, bakery, and confectionary brands including Knorr; Kinder Surprise & Chocolate, Nutella Spreads, Snacks, and Bakery; Ferrero Rocher, and Raffaello.

Her business experience spanning from concept initiation to in-market implementation, is enhanced with a strong focus on new market entry, and integrated marketing (offline and online), with specialized experience in digital and e-commerce. Izabella is a key contributor of award-winning campaigns including 4 Effies, CMA, a Cassie, and a Shopper Innovation award.

Beside her professional experience, Izabella’s academic background is rooted in business management holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) with a double-major in Marketing & Supply Chain Management from the Asper School of Business and most recently completing a Women in Leadership course at Yale University.
